A worlwide pioneer
Launched in 2021, and funded by France 2030, Confiance.ai aimed to make France one of the leaders in Industrial and responsible Al by developing a sovereign, open, interoperable and sustainable methodological and technological framework, thereby accelerating the integration of trustworthy Al in strategic industries.
With a genuine momentum, it has created a rich worldwide ecosystem of nearly fifty partners: laboratories and research institutes, start-ups, and large industrial groups.
The program enabled the development of an end-to-end methodology and a related portfolio of open source engineering tools, now available to the scientific and industrial communities to develop critical industrial applications with securely integrated trustworthy Al
The future of trustworthy AI
is now being shaped with the European trustworthy AI Association
The association was established to ensure the long-term impact of the outcomes generated by the Confiance.ai program. Its mission is to equip industry with advanced, open-source methodologies and tools that support the design compliant AI-based systems.
The association seeks to play a leading role in shaping an ambitious European vision for responsible industrial AI.
